This morning, I received a nomination for the 2012 WEGO Health “Unsung Hero” Award. It’s always an honor to have someone think you’re special, and I have a sneaky suspicion I know just the person who did it…but I digress….
Can I let you in on a little secret? I don’t feel unsung. I feel like there are many, many, MANY people in this world who do far more than I do and reach farther than me. At least 180 of them are also nominated for this award. Check out a few of them on WEGO Health’s Pinterest boards…wowza! There are some amazing people on there!!
I love what I do. I love people. I love women, I love pregnant mamas and new babies and I love papas who love their families. I love grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who love on new families by bringing dinner, taking out the trash and leaving. With that much love, it’s really not hard to do what I do…which is really just love. Seriously, it’s all about the love.
